“Bien!”
The colonial‑style facilities make the stay more enjoyable, but the food variety and quality could improve significantly, and the pool gets overcrowded when too many guests are present.
“I would not recommend this hotel”
There is a lot of space, but the staff were unfriendly and seemed only concerned with collecting money all the time, never putting the guests’ well‑being first.
Everything was super good and the service is the best.
“Merecen todo mi agradecimiento y reconocimiento”
They behaved spectacularly with my family after the earthquake, finding solutions and lodging us in an excellent hotel. I am deeply grateful to the manager and all staff for their attention, support, and great willingness. Thank you!!
“Good for a short stay when travelling to Panaca or Paraue del Cafe”
The beds were very comfortable and we could rent board games for 2 hours to play. We were sad that the trampoline was closed for our toddler. There was initially no flexibility for a half our earlier check-in with a toddler. The check-in & check-out were unnecessarily long. With a toddler that wants to run around, this is very complicated. We also travelled with older grandma’s and they were strict at the desk, to have them all come to the check-in desk whilst they can barely walk. This was for both check-in with ID and check-out to cut their bracelets. Be a bit more flexible when you have travelers that are old. Let them sit, and let the younger people handle the check-in/check-out without having them come to the desk
