I had a very bad experience, especially since the guest was an elderly person. The listing never mentioned that the building has no elevator and that reaching the room requires climbing four flights of stairs, making access and carrying luggage extremely difficult for someone older. There was also a lot of noise and a strong smell of alcohol throughout the building. It’s telling that the property itself leaves earplugs in the room, confirming they’re aware of the noise problem and haven’t fixed it. Overall, the property did not feel safe to stay in. We contacted the owners directly to explain the situation and request an early check‑out without penalty, since none of these conditions were disclosed at the time of booking, but there was no willingness to reach any agreement. Finally, the “free parking” advertised is not accurate — it has very limited hours, and that restriction is only communicated the day before check‑in, when it’s too late to make other arrangements. Overall, I do not recommend this property.
