The central location in the city centre is convenient, though it isn’t very quiet at night; the valet parking service is highly recommended because there are no nearby parking spaces, and the air conditioning works well. However, there isn’t enough space for luggage or to hang things, the room is large enough to organize, and the pillows were a disaster for me – too high, though that’s a personal preference.

The place has a great location, is clean, spacious, with a comfy bed, a large bathroom, and a nicely designed suite; the staff were responsive and helpful, but I felt it was a bit cheap that they didn’t provide a bottle of water and coffee for the first night.

A great centrally located hotel in beautiful Trapani with a well‑organized parking facility (drop off the car and hand over the key). The room was excellent, very spacious, and the breakfast was superb. I can’t think of anything negative.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were very good, and the breakfast excellent. They also welcomed us with a drink on the lovely terrace.
