The place had potential but was ruined by the management. There was a total lack of communication with the owner and reception staff toward guests. The receptionist could not fulfill any verbal agreements, claiming she never had such arrangements with anyone.

Parking was convenient and check‑in/check‑out hours were flexible. The house was nice with large rooms, but the comforters were only for short people; I’m 182cm and had to choose between covering my feet or my shoulders. The lighting was poor, both in the room and the bathroom, and the price was too high for the average standard of the property.

The room was clean, spacious, had a balcony, and the bathroom was spotless. There was peace and a large parking lot, so a short stay was fine. However, there were no cutlery, cups, or plates; nothing was provided. The worst part was the lack of a refrigerator—none in the room or on the floor—making it hard to store butter or cold cuts during the heat. With no breakfast offered by the guesthouse, that was a major issue, and a longer stay with family would be problematic.
