The location was exceptional, the staff were the friendliest ever, and the night sky was impressive with no light pollution at the Krippenstein summit. The morning view during breakfast was stunning. We loved everything about this place.

I initially thought the staff wouldn’t be friendly because they denied us a cancellation even after a day of the booking we had made months earlier, but the staff and the manager were very hospitable. Everything was excellent; I really loved it there. Our room was in the basement and not super comfortable because we shared bathrooms, but the location and the amazing staff made up for it all. Thank you for everything—you were amazing and there was nothing to complain about! The basement room, shared bathroom, and cable car charge were the only negatives.
