The room smelled oddly like old potato‑fry oil, which was fine for one night, but if I had stayed longer it would have made me nauseous. The shower existed, but the fixtures were useless and cold; the radiators were there but never turned on.

The location was comfortable—quiet, peaceful, and the terrace offered a beautiful view of a hill covered in forest. The downside was the lack of a fridge and a kitchenette, so I couldn't prepare a small meal.
