I was initially impressed that my booking was confirmed, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The staff member didn't even bother to show me to my room, and it seemed like their system was completely broken. To make matters worse, the staff had a pretty condescending attitude, like they thought they were above everyone else. It's a shame, because if they got their act together, this place could be decent.

The hotel was pretty standard, nothing special. I'd say it was a good choice, but that's about it. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but it wasn't exactly luxurious.
