Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious.
“Bring Earplugs and blindfold if you're expecting to get any rest”
The room was spacious, clean, and free of funky smells, and there are plenty of entertaining and friendly cats roaming the property. The mattress was cheap and hard. There was no drain stopper in the tub, so I couldn’t take a bath. Staff let a guest keep their car alarm going all night without stopping them. The building was not built to motel or hotel insulation standards; you can hear the loud pipes from adjoining units, the walls are paper-thin, and you can hear your neighbor’s TV, music, or any noise they make. There is only one window in the room and it opens onto a closed hallway, so natural light is terrible. At night the light outside the window is very bright, making the room brighter at night than during the day. The refrigerator’s constant noise is annoying.
I gave it an 8.0/10, with a 9 on the positive side and no negatives.
The cost was good, shower was very good, and good size room. Curtain had issues, had to wait in office when no 1 was on site, and to figure out if someone was working there. 🙄
“The coffee situation needs to be addressed.”
The bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower head was powerful, which is rare. There is no coffee machine in the room, and I really think that is a must nowadays.
