The surroundings here are truly beautiful, making it a great base for a visit to Arezzo. Pietro and his parents welcomed us warmly and answered any question without hesitation. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. A bench outside the door lets you enjoy the calm and sunshine. During our stay we had a private pool. There are options for table tennis, pétanque, volleyball, and you can also sit on the shared terrace, and even use one of the barbecues. We tasted their own wine and brought back a few bottles. On our departure day we could still use the pool and even our apartment. Breakfast was available, but we didn’t use it. The path up is very bumpy, and the glassware set was not very extensive.

“Absolut enttäuschend!!!”

We cannot recommend this place at all. On arrival the apartment was in a severely dirty and intolerable state. The bathroom was not cleaned, the floor was noticeably soiled. Numerous spiders and webs were present throughout the property, and the kitchen was unusable. The actual condition did not match the photos or description at all, making it impossible to stay. We reported the issues immediately with photos as proof. The host showed no reaction or cooperation, and there was no willingness to resolve the problem. We had to leave the next morning. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially since it was a special occasion and the host offered no accommodation.

The estate is stunning, a farmhouse surrounded by greenery with a magnificent view of Arezzo. The host was very friendly, helpful, and flexible; we arrived late and he let us swim in the pool even though it was already evening, a short experience that left us with a beautiful memory. We will definitely return for a longer stay! Thank you!
