The reception, the location, the quality of the room, the breakfast. The complaints are directed at Booking: clearly state that the hotel is not accessible by car (pedestrian zone), give the distance to the nearest secure parking, and specify that access to the rooms is without an elevator.

The room was spacious and in a convenient spot, but the stairs were a pain and there was no lift.
