The staff were very helpful and the room/ bathroom was very clean. The location was also close to the underground station. The towels could be upgraded. They were worn and a bit stained. I'd take my own hiking towels next time I stay at a budget hotel to avoid that dilemma of wondering if to dry myself off with a t-shirt instead
