“basic room, AC is not cooling, works like fan only but it is OK for me”

The reception staff at Marshal Hotel by the station are fantastic; Mr M Ashraf is a very respected, polite, and helpful person, and I’d stay there again if I return to Mansoura just because of him; the kitchen staff need more training to handle clients, they overcharged me for a simple coffee in the morning, and over my 6‑day stay I was charged different rates each day—some days 60 EGP, some days 45 EGP.

Nothing good; everything was dirty, uncomfortable, noisy, with flies and insects, and the garbage was awful.
