The bed was comfy, but there was still plastic on it, which was annoying. The room was small but the AC worked hard and kept things cool, though the place is a bit far from the city and there aren’t many dining options nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, but I wish there was a water filter that could heat water and a mini fridge. The shower only had cold water and the room was hot, noisy, and the nylon sheets kept sliding.

I had no positive points to mention. The reservation was cancelled without any explanation, which was frustrating. I expected better communication.

Everything was spotless and the staff were excellent, paying great attention to detail. However, the mattress is super hard and made it hard to sleep. Even though it’s a new mattress, it’s too firm for my taste.
