“Its not comfortable”
The spot’s close to everything and the staff is friendly, but the room was uncomfortable and noisy—every little sound was audible, so I had to buy ear plugs to sleep.

The cleanliness was bad.

Nothing positive. The hotel has no lobby area.

The location, staff, and clean environment were great, but the deluxe twin rooms were too small and made it hard to store luggage; the king bedroom was spacious enough, otherwise everything worked fine.

Being in the middle of Al Arab Street is a plus, but the rooms were extremely tight and my request for two rooms on the same floor for my family was denied; I was charged 500 baht per room, and if I checked in earlier than the scheduled time I’d have to pay 700 baht.
