I slept in a comfy bed, had a varied packed breakfast, and the bathroom was big even though it was external (opposite the room, same key). The breakfast was boxed but diverse. The welcome was great and friendly, with kind and caring staff. When I arrived in the early afternoon, the place felt dark and all the windows were shut; I opened them right away. The price seemed a bit high overall, but in that area and on that day, other places had the same or higher rates.

The property is brand‑new, positioned to stay away from city chaos yet within 10 minutes of Imola. The owner is extremely helpful, offering excellent support. Rooms and bathrooms exceed the usual quality for this type of accommodation, providing all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. Silence, cleanliness, and relaxation are the main features. The self‑serve breakfast in the kitchen is decent but fair for the price paid; adding bread and a toaster would improve it. Still, these are minor points, and I would recommend booking and experiencing this wonderful Romagna spot. I’ll definitely return!

Everything was perfect, from the location to the parking. The air‑conditioned rooms had all the comforts you could ask for. The breakfast was great, with coffee always available, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge and freezer. Absolutely outstanding!
