The dorm room was very crowded and noisy all night

The neighborhood is very hip, offering great dinner spots. The beds are uncomfortable, and we couldn't shower after 22:00 or before 07:00. Breakfast arrived too late, rooms were noisy, and the AC was not functioning.

We stayed in a private room with four beds, which was incredibly spacious and had a table, chairs, a wardrobe, large windows, and a view of the garden. The reception area feels cozy and the staff are very friendly, especially Mrs. Susana who welcomed us. The breakfast, however, offers no vegan options beyond fruit and the coffee tastes watery.

The beds are uncomfortable and make noise; the bathroom lacks toiletries.

The female dormitory is very close to the metro and clean. The welcome was minimal.
