The room was very spacious, which is great for families, as it had two bathrooms and small beds upon entering. The entrance to our room and some others was in a narrow alley. Moreover, because our room was on the ground floor, it felt like sleeping in a commercial space, with the window visible to anyone entering the alley.

The hotel sits in a great place, close to many walkable attractions, and the front‑desk staff—especially Maria—were very friendly and helpful; the room we got on the first night didn't match the pictures on the website, but after we switched rooms it was fantastic with a stunning view of the nearby basilica.
