My husband and I LOVE this Inn. This was our 3rd time staying and eventually plan to stay in every room. The themes of the rooms are so detailed and the grounds with the plants and running water make it so peaceful. We enjoy the simplicity of this inn. Our kids didn't enjoy the stay as they want a pool, so this is now our getaway place where we go without the kids. YESSSS! We met the architect/owner who was very nice and gave us a tour. She was amazing and I love that r4efeers to her rooms as her babies. Adorable!

The location is good, but the cleanliness was terrible, ants infested the rooms, privacy was nonexistent, and both the TV and AC were broken.

The ocean views were absolutely incredible, and the building’s exterior and courtyard were charming. The bed was comfortable. However, the room’s cleanliness left something to be desired—cobwebs were visible and the walls could have used a thorough scrub and a repaint. Because of this, we avoided the hot tub; as a former owner of one, I quickly noticed the water level was about 10 inches lower and the top of the filter was exposed, suggesting poor maintenance or a leak. The fountain outside our room started out lovely, but as night fell it became more annoying than calming since it was the only sound we could hear. Coincidentally, I had a nightmare about being rushed by flood waters—LOL.

The room’s layout felt private, and the bed was really comfy; I was glad it had air conditioning. Our suite included a private hot tub, which was a cool feature. Parking was easy and free, and the cozy vibe—without the polished hotel feel—was exactly what we wanted. The decor was very dated and the hotel overall felt tired; a few small upgrades could make a big difference. I couldn’t find any drinking water on site and had to purchase some, which mattered even though we weren’t looking for fancy amenities.
