“Tranquila”
The stay was fine, but several aspects need improvement. The biggest issue was that the room had an air conditioner, but the heating didn’t work, and the stove was also non‑functional. I don’t see the point of having such equipment if it can’t be used; it would be better to fix or remove it. Overall, the facilities are quite old and would benefit from a renovation. The accommodation is about 30 minutes from the center, so it’s quite far. For the price we paid for a single night, I think better conditions could be offered. Breakfast costs €10 per person, which I find rather expensive, although we chose not to have it. Finally, the mattresses are very hard and sleep is poor. The small mattress was also quite loose and uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but many aspects of the facilities and rest should improve, especially given the price. Bed, comfort 0. Soft pillows and hard beds, cannot sleep. No heating. Distance, parking, expensive for the price.
