The spot is great, with an exceptional view of the Sibillini. Waking up to that view in the morning is fantastic. The lady Stefania is very nice.

“De prijs geeft de doorslag”

The accommodation feels a bit Spartan, but the price makes up for it. The radiant heater was very welcome, and when all the restaurants were closed, I managed to grab something to stave off the worst hunger. The shower, toilet, and bidet are all together without partitions. The bed and chair are a little sagging. It’s possible that all the restaurants stay closed for two or more days; without a car it becomes difficult. Nights get cold quickly, and then Montemonaco starts burning wood, which you can smell.

“Stanza con spazi troppo ristretti per muoversi agevolmente”

The bed‑sitting is in a quiet, peaceful spot and the room was clean. The owner is friendly. However, the room and bathroom are far too cramped; two people in the bathroom feel uncomfortable, and the shower is in a tight space in front of the facilities without a privacy curtain. Since the room is actually sold for four people, I can’t imagine how uncomfortable it would be with more guests. The price should be lower to be fair.

The place is incredibly quiet and the staff are extremely polite and kind.
