It’s convenient and near a lot of places, plus they have laundry, but I wish you could use a card instead of coins and that there were more than one washer and dryer for the whole property. I didn’t like that staff ignored “do not disturb” signs, knocked on doors, and entered rooms to clean every other day, which is ridiculous because I work the third shift and need sleep. They moved my stuff from the bed to make the bed but didn’t change the bedding; it was the same, and I noticed many towels were stained or still had hair on them, so I had to bring my own.

“It was on the first room I stayed in was better”

The location is good and the room is a decent size, but the room I stayed in wasn’t cleaned properly: hair in both towels and stains, hair all over the shower area and a couple of hairs in the mini‑fridge (did they use the same cloth to wipe both areas?). The toilet seat was coming off, the vinyl flooring was peeling and curled at the edges so I had to keep my socks on. The washer and dryer only have small signs saying they’re coin‑only; there are no cars, and even though the machines say “coin/card” they don’t mention at check‑in that they only accept quarters. Please update to allow card use, as even laundromats have that.

They mislead about the location; it’s far from Hershey Park and the place feels like a lousy motel. Everything else was terrible.

It was close to family and the event we were attending. They're wasn't a live person to help us check in, you had to use the automated screen. They also advertise as a100% smoke free facility, they are not. there was smoking in many of the rooms, you can smell it as you walk past them. There is noise and staff yelling up and down the hall early in the mornings, before 0630/0700, waking you up. We asked for extra towels and washcloths, apparently you're monitored and only allowed so many. We stayed 4 days and was told the 2 towels and 2 washcloths apiece were too many. The floors are dangerous, they are not level and in many places they are broken and sharp edges are sticking up. They do not offer refunds and now I see why. They would be giving them left and right. As this is a Wyndham property, it is very disappointing. It seems they have listed their standards
