“Stay was very nice. Adrienne at the front desk was amazing!”

The room turned out better than I thought it would, and the staff were very friendly when I checked in – great value overall, though it was a bit far from Williams College, but that’s just my preference.

The staff were fantastic and the room stayed clean; the sheets were softer than what I’ve had before, still neat and tidy. I appreciated the mini kitchen, even though we only used the fridge and coffee maker. A nasty odor lingered in the hallway, but the room itself was fine. It would have helped to know the elevator was out of service when booking, yet I was lucky to snag a same‑day reservation on a holiday. They offered a service elevator, but that still meant a flight of stairs. At 67 I’m okay with stairs, but it could be a problem for others.

“TINA - there is no alternative - hence stay there. Else no. A hotel chain needs to buy it and upgrade.”

Not much to say positively, but the place really needs a serious upgrade and modernization. The list is long—security (lobby access from parking doesn’t require a room key), room design, GPS location, parking capacity, dining options, electrical outlets, corridors, elevators (not working)—it’s too much.

“性价比很高”

房间很大，有洗衣机和烘干机。配用的生活用品非常丰富。完全可以拎包入住。. 房间卫生再进步一点点，会更好
