The room was very spacious, quiet, with a comfortable bed, and the staff were kind and well‑prepared. The buffet breakfast felt awful, perhaps a COVID after‑effect, so I’d skip it. Dinner was great, but the portions were small.

The breakfast and dinner rooms were fine. The rooms had no soundproofing, which is unacceptable for a four‑star hotel.

The hotel is very pretty and typical Italian, a bit dated but still good quality. It’s a four‑star place, though I’d call it 3+ if it still shone. The location is perfect for touring the Valdobbiadene area. The rooms are a good size, with a bathroom that has a toilet, bidet and shower (a little small). Sleep is very fine, quiet, and there are no morning disturbances in the corridors. It still has that old Italian style: dark, classic wooden ceilings and furnishings, which fits. The hotel team is very engaged and attentive. Parking: if the spots in front of the hotel are full, there’s a hotel‑owned underground garage for €10/day, a good price. There’s direct access to the hotel via lift or stairs. Everything is fine and you feel comfortable. The breakfast room is spacious and full of great décor (Prosecco bottles, etc.). There isn’t much to complain about. Two points: 1) the shower water pressure is “little” weak; it really needs an update. 2) the breakfast ritual is unusual: everything is there, truly everything, but the very friendly staff serve it onto your plate. Apparently guests have had bad experiences with free access. Coffee is, of course, free.

The staff were helpful, the room was clean, parking was available, and breakfast was good. The location is great—close to the center and even within walking distance of a vineyard. Free parking is limited, but there’s a paid garage; we managed a spot in the free parking, so we can’t comment on the garage. Breakfast was good, with self‑service drinks and a buffet, and a staff member served you, so it felt very hygienic. The restaurant had been booked by a large tour group, so we couldn’t try it. There are many wine shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff offered to make a reservation at another restaurant. The room was a bit stuffy and the window couldn’t be opened. The air‑conditioning wasn’t very strong and left a slight cigarette‑smoke smell. We stayed only one night, so we didn’t ask about changing rooms.

Everything needed for a great stay is there. The bedspread was an issue.
