I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the chaotic car park situation at Mandir Palace, where the hotel's car park is located. The entry to the hotel itself was also a letdown, with no proper entrance and a rickety door leading to unstable stairs. The reception area was unimpressive, consisting of a chair and table where different staff members sat at different times.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and while it excelled in terms of cleanliness, with sparkling clean rooms, crisp linen, and spotless bathrooms, it fell short in terms of amenities. The rooms came with only two 500ml bottles of water, leaving me to wonder what else was available for guests to use. The lack of toiletries, a tea kit, and an electric kettle meant that I was limited to just a cup of tea in my room, which was a bit disappointing.
