“Convenient and good Val”
The quiet spot near the center is walkable to Ikebukuro main station, offers good value, and is clean and practical, though the room is small.

The staff were very helpful, there were plenty of disposable bathroom items, and the laundry service worked well. The only flaw was the double room, which felt very small, but Japanese standards are what they are, so you just adapt.

The rooms were pretty decent for Tokyo, the bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was good. Everything you need was in the room, and the luggage delivery to the airport was helpful and efficient. The only downside was the distance from the train.

The place was clean and well‑located. The beds and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable.
