“Great location - very disappointing once inside property”
The spot was fine, but my daughter’s 21st birthday was a let‑down; we were told about it when booking but ended up in a basement room with no window or view. The reception area felt underwhelming and there was no restaurant or bar, which was very disappointing.
“Buena ubicación y personal muy amable”
The staff were exceptionally kind and always ready to help, but the room was sweltering because it sat on the top floor.
The rooms had no carpet, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were fine. Overall, it was good, and the breakfast wasn’t bad. The staff were pleasant, and the location was excellent with bus lines nearby for city travel. The hotel felt a bit old‑fashioned.
