“Worst hospitality ever had....”

They start breakfast at 9am to avoid crowds, but I didn't like anything and there was no staff to help or communicate.

Except for the location, nothing else was good in this hotel, and there was no responsible staff available. If we needed anything, nobody would be there to help, especially after 9.00 pm. The light switches in the rooms didn't work, making it a disaster staying there.
