The staff was OUTSTANDING! We had a few small questions and our translator didn’t work over the phone, so instead of ignoring us, they sent someone to help us, and that level of service kept going throughout our entire stay and across all the hotel services. I was impressed by the personal care from EVERYONE.

The room was beautiful with great coffee and tea, the staff was friendly, breakfast was nice, and the reception was cozy while I waited for my taxi to the airport. I couldn’t get the TV to work, and one of the kettle sockets didn’t work so I had to move it to another outlet.

We were moved to another Mehood Lestie location. The hotel is 5‑star and the staff were nice and courteous. The area is lively in the heart of the city center. We arrived after midnight after a long travel day, only to have the front desk question our reservation and say it was cancelled because of overbooking. After an hour of waiting and showing our booking proof, management finally transferred us to a different branch. The initial mix‑up and delay were exhausting, but the second property offered better quality at a lower rate, which ultimately made up for the frustrating start.
