The location was great, but I didn't enjoy the bugs that bit me during the night and ruined my sleep; the hotel was very noisy, with neighbors that could all hear us, and the room wasn't very clean—overall it could have been better even though the spot was good.

The room fit our needs; we stayed there because we were heading to San Sebastián for a football match. We flew in from Madrid and were scheduled to depart from Bilbao Airport to LGW at 07:45, so we only had a few hours to sleep before showering and leaving for the flight. The hotel met our expectations: clean, helpful staff, and a convenient location near the airport.
