I was made to change rooms three times before finally getting one. The first room had no working Wi‑Fi, the second was not clean, and even the third was not properly cleaned. I had to carry my breakfast plate with me, and by the time I got the room, my breakfast had become cold. The next morning, the tea served was completely cold. At lunch, the food was served very late, and the coffee was also cold. In the evening, I had to wait almost an hour for my coffee; when it finally arrived, it was cold again. I sent it back, and only then did they bring a hot one. I placed my dinner order at 9:30 PM, but at around 10:10 PM the reception informed me that the restaurant was closed. After I complained, they finally served my food nearly two hours later, and the food had no taste. Because of this terrible experience, I checked out immediately at 11:00 PM and booked another hotel for the night. Overall, my entire stay was a waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service, delays, unclean rooms, and lack of basic hospitality.
