The hotel feels uniquely warm and cozy, the breakfast is excellent, there are two lovely pools, and in the afternoon we were almost alone on the beach. The evening buffet is magnificent, fresh and tasty with a daily changing menu, and the value for money is superb. Penny is a fantastic host, which is why we’ve already returned for a second visit. Everything was perfect!

Everything was wonderful: the location, the atmosphere, the private beach (though it’s shallow, so keep that in mind), and the great staff made the stay cozy and atmospheric. To reach the beautiful beaches shown in the photos you need to travel about 20‑30 minutes.

It’s far enough away to enjoy quiet moments, yet close enough for a ten‑minute walk to the strip, the beach, the sea, a local shop, and the Rose Tree restaurant; the place is clean, well‑maintained, and Penny, Billy, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to help. Nothing negative to mention – we’ve stayed here seven times and love it.

The buffet breakfast is generous, the staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, and each room has a hair dryer and kettle. The rooms are spacious, equipped with flat‑screen TV, large comfortable beds, and each has a ventilated room. The bathroom and shower are combined, clean and cultured. The staff are helpful, and although we didn’t use it, airport transfer is available. Boat trips can be booked directly at the hotel and are sometimes cheaper than elsewhere. The bar at Kavos is quite far from the beach, which is right on the shore.
