“I love coming here bc I feel safe but I wish that the amenities were better! Such as the toilet!”
The staff and breakfast were great! My toilet didn’t work and the television was terrible. The floor was dirty and my bare feet stuck to the carpet.
“I would plan to stay here anytime again while traveling in this area.”
It was close to our travel route and easy to reach. Surprisingly quiet even though it’s next to the thruway. I felt safe knowing the room key was needed to access the outside doors 24/7, not just at certain times. The receptionist was great. No negatives for me.

Absolutely horrible. The ceiling was falling down on us. The Jacuzzi was broken. The room smelled of mold, and the air conditioner was moldy with bugs emerging. I have pictures and video and would like a refund. We stayed for 4 hours for our 29th anniversary.

It had a bed. The room had visible water damage, broken shower parts were still there, and the door was almost off its hinges, making it hard to open or close; I didn’t feel it was secure. The room smelled awful of cigarette smoke and marijuana, and there were miscellaneous items on the floor, so it seemed the room wasn’t cleaned properly.
The stairways could use a thorough cleaning.
