“Good”
The location was good, the staff friendly, and the room was spotless, but the curtains and blinds need upgrading, and the lighting and noise were too much.

The spot is spot on – right in the middle of all the sights in Erivan. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was a hit, with a huge spread that kept me satisfied every morning. No complaints, just a solid, convenient stay.

Everything was a mess. The AC leaked right into my room, ants were crawling everywhere, and the receptionist wouldn’t take small bills. I ran out of towels and the hairdryer was dead. It was a total let‑down.

The location is solid, but the room was just a plain, basic setup. Breakfast didn’t start until 9 am, which was a bit late for me. Still, being close to everything made up for it.

The staff were friendly, but there were a bunch of annoying issues. The toilet trash can was open, no water bottles in the room, towels were a bit dirty, and when I arrived at 3 or 4 am the front door was shut and the staff were asleep – I had to call over and over just to get in. No key for the building either.
