“Awesome hotel would definitely stay again!”

Location and comfortable beds!. Noisy neighbours when we had kids trying to go to sleep! But beds were so comfortable and spa bath was amazing!! Staff helped straight away with anything!

We had a fantastic stay at the Silver Fern Suites and Spa. The room was great, having everything we needed for the night. The spa was amazing, and the beds and sheets were comfortable and clean. The receptionist - Helen - was absolutely fantastic! Her customer service was exceptional and we are very grateful for the efforts which she made for us. We will definitely be staying again with them next time we visit Rotorua. We couldn't stay longer
