Cinzia and her team are caring and helpful. They made us feel at home immediately. The location is great and our apartment is spacious and clean. The breakfast is served in a very charming room and changes every day; its only disadvantage is the time it is served (from 9 a.m.) we enjoyed our stay!

The place is very central and convenient for sightseeing, and the room is very nice and large. The separate toilet and shower area was very clean and convenient, and breakfast was good. Everything was very nice.

The place looks nice and the spot is good, but the bathroom on the other side of the hallway is insane. It’s true that the sign was there and I should have read it, but for how much it costs it’s ridiculous to have to walk through the whole building, go past the front desk just to use a tiny, poorly ventilated bathroom with a broken shower. On top of that we were not greeted at all, the owner was rude several times, replying with “that’s your problem” to legitimate requests like getting a receipt that listed everything. And don’t even mention the extra fee for leaving our bags after checkout. Breakfast was weak, limited, and only available for an hour. Overall, a disappointing stay.
