“低コスパ”

The room was spacious. Meals were served slowly and the bath schedule was late, which made my child restless often; on top of that the price was high, and the lobby was full of shoes right after we entered, with the children’s play area dirty. There were no slippers in the restroom, and it seemed likely that someone would walk around the lobby barefoot, which was uncomfortable. The shuttle times were inflexible and the hospitality was low. Honestly, for this price there are many better places across Japan even at half the cost.

“子どもにやさしい”

We stayed at a welcome‑baby inn and the staff treated us wonderfully, for which I’m very grateful; thanks to them we could enjoy our meals at a relaxed pace. The hot springs had child‑friendly facilities, so we could soak together safely, making it a great first experience for my kids. However, the room lacked a bathtub, the bathroom was very dirty, and the toilet door wouldn’t stay closed (maybe it could with a lot of effort).

“A wonderful experience”

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I felt at home in this hotel. The staff, particularly Miss Insun, who spoke excellent English, made my holiday plans run smoothly. I was impressed by the hotel's warm atmosphere and the staff's helpfulness. The only thing I can say is that I didn't have any complaints during my stay.

“中庭のしだれ桜の満開の時期にオススメ”

I appreciated the thoughtful touches at this hotel, such as the clean tatami mats in the shower area and the beautiful view of the cherry blossoms from the second-floor bathroom. The night soba and morning coffee service were also a nice touch. The slippers with name tags were a nice idea, and the lobby atmosphere was pleasant, with music playing in the background. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
