The spot is fantastic—just a short walk to Namba and Daikokucho. The breakfast spread of breads, ice‑cream, and drinks was generous. Staff speak English fluently, and you can drop off your luggage at the free locker before or after your stay.

The room was large and so quiet that I couldn’t hear the neighboring rooms. The elevator felt a little narrow and, although there are power outlets, there are no USB ports, so keep that in mind.
The ice‑cream was on tap all day, plus coffee and soft drinks. The room felt a little dated.
The location is great and you get good value for the price.
