I really enjoyed my stay at Treebo Grand Royal Imperio, Pune for 8 nights! Manager Abhijit was extremely helpful along with the rest of the staff who looked after the restaurant and everything else – they’re very sweet! The food was super duper delicious, both in taste and quantity, and for me it was a 10/10 experience. I would 100% recommend people come here and please open more outlets all over India.

They asked for money for drinking water too, and breakfast had limited choices; we paid 35 Rs. for each bottle of water. We also had to ask several times for room cleaning. I liked the property, but no proper facilities were there, staff behaviour was rude, and the breakfast choices were limited.

I liked nothing about the property. The staff were not polite; some were sleeping on the sofa in the waiting lounge and others were brushing their teeth in front of guests. There was no cleanliness and it was unhygienic.
