The garden’s chill vibe, its position relative to the city and beach, and the fully fenced yard give you privacy. The downside is the traffic noise and, to a lesser extent, the lack of cooking facilities. At least there’s a BBQ that we used a lot.

The place was excellent and well thought of with a lot of attention to detail. Some highlights include comfortable beds, full kitchenette facilities and the excellent outdoor space. I also liked the vicinity to the beach and the responsive hosts. The road in front of the dome is quite busy at night. I slept fine with ear plugs

We spent a fantastic weekend at Eva’s place in March and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was immaculate, well‑organized, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were clean and cozy, with fresh linens, shampoos, and soft towels. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and welcoming. The welcome gifts for us and the kids were a lovely personal touch that we truly appreciated. The children had an amazing time and felt right at home. Overall, it was a perfect family getaway, and we’d love to return and highly recommend Eva’s place for anyone seeking a clean, cozy, family‑friendly stay.

We had a wonderful time. Inside was very clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen area had everything you need, and the garden was absolutely adorable. We received a complimentary welcome bottle of wine, which was amazing. The host was very helpful and polite all the time. The street noise was constant and disturbed our sleep, and there were a lot of wasps.

The place was very clean, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The host put a lot of effort into the décor, layout, and kitchen amenities. We received chocolate‑topped pillows, a bottle of wine, and candy for the kids as compliments. The jacuzzi, barbecue, swings, and courtyard were perfect for us with two children. The kids loved the double‑decker bed. It’s good that there’s an internal parking lot in the yard. Hot water was always available, the air conditioner cooled well, and there was no sense of stuffiness. The traffic noise, which is almost nonstop and hard to fall asleep at night—especially with fast trucks and heavy vehicles—was the main disturbance. Perhaps we were in peak season, and that was the only thing that bothered our evening rest. There were also some trees nearby, and when we ate outside, they accompanied us. Despite that, we had a good and adventurous stay.
