Housekeeping never changed our sheets during the entire stay; they only made the bed, even though it was clear the sheets needed replacing.

The room was comfortable, the hotel store had a good selection, staff were kind, and the shuttle ran efficiently and conveniently. However, the restaurant ignored our phone call, the bartender at closing was inattentive, and my room was never cleaned.

Having a pull‑out bed in a separate area with its own TV made the teenager extremely happy, though the remotes were a bit confusing at first.
