The property was not clean.
“It's just Okay.”
The rooms were fine and the facilities were nice, yet the location on a narrow street near the railway lines was inconvenient and a strong bad smell made it worse.

The staff were friendly, but the location was odd.
The food was always good, but the room service was lacking.
