The night‑shift lady was very friendly and attentive. When I tried to leave the hotel parking early in the morning in the rain, the gate didn’t work. After walking back and asking the reception to open the gate, a staff member offered me a new parking coin. I explained that the gate was broken, not the coin, and asked her to come with me so I wouldn’t have to run back and forth. She seemed overwhelmed, sighed deeply, and gave me a bad look. In the end I was right—the gate was broken. If the young lady isn’t up for her job, she should be retrained.
