After years without visiting Korea, I was anxious about the hotel's interior and environment, so I emailed the staff and they replied quickly, which put me at ease before arrival. During check‑in, when I said my name, they responded with “Ah, you’re here,” as if we had already exchanged emails, so I felt reassured. The chair had a lot of hair in the gaps, and the bathtub was dirty. A large toothpaste tube was there, but most people probably didn’t use it. The hair dryer was powerful, there were four bottles of water, and they provided canned juice, which was generous.
