Booked through Booking via Hotiday: after two years of coming to Pisa for work twice a week, if not for them I would never have discovered this place…yet the city is small. I paid €72 (nothing) through Booking and Hotiday, but between the fees and the confusion over who manages what (hotel, Booking, or Hotiday) it was a chaos even just for the invoice. The property is neglected, the rooms need obvious maintenance, but it seems the managers don’t notice. Of 4 light points, only 1 worked; the phone was broken, and finding the Wi‑Fi password was a task, even for the poor technician who had to intervene. To reach the room, if it rains, you get wet because the passage is uncovered and you cannot enter from the inside. Parking costs €15 per night in an industrial area, when outside it’s free – improving the services would allow charging double, without extra charges for nonexistent and unjustified services. Dinner: two plastic‑wrapped trattoria‑style menus, low quality. A first course with ragù, a water, a glass of “unknown” wine, and a dessert: €38.50. Wine served in a dirty glass, no bread while waiting. Breakfast was disastrous: annoying light, very loud music, disorganized buffet with plates 30 meters from the food, bacon over‑cooked, and 20 minutes for a cold soy milk. One wonders if they have ever worked in a hotel. Paying €72 is already too much, and thinking they sell the same rooms for €200‑300 is embarrassing. Five stars only on paper, no real service or customer care. Honestly I thought it was a three‑star place. Then I found out it has five, and at that point writing a review becomes inevitable – because five stars must be earned, not just written on the sign at the entrance.

The staff were friendly, but the Wi‑Fi kept cutting out and the hot water never worked.
