J+C A nice, cozy place. J+C Because it’s a rural area, there are many insects, even ant houses inside the chalet. I missed a place to put my luggage, as there was no table, chair, or other furniture besides the bed.

The accommodation was spacious and well‑located. Right at the start of the day a lot of light flooded the chalet; it’s best to bring a blind, especially for light sleepers. The upper part was also quite hot, especially on sunny days.

The location was great! Having a small kitchen and space for a family helped with our logistics. The chalet was very bright; during the day that’s fine, but we missed blackout curtains in the lower bedroom. Not having a ceiling lining was also unpleasant on rainy days because the noise disturbed sleep.

Everything was great, just needed a shower with an external or solar water heater. On cold days you have to close the shower well for the water to heat up. A couple of chairs and a small table outside near the fire would be nice, but overall it’s very good.

The location is amazing, close to everything: downtown, national park, restaurants, pizza places, and cafés; getting to the place is super easy and the service was fantastic, I’ll definitely return. The parking entrance is very tight; my wide car had some trouble getting in and out, so I had to adjust. The lodge is beautiful and cozy, but the plastic roof isn’t thermal, so the cold passes through and I think it could be hot in summer; I’d recommend a ceiling in the future to soften the temperature. Otherwise the trip was lovely, the lodge was great and the people were very kind.
