The hotel sits in the old city, just about 400 m from the Avlabari metro station, making key sights like the Bridge of Peace, Metekhi Church, Rike Park, the Old Baths, and others easily reachable. The room was cozy with a terrace and a street view. The receptionist was polite and let us check in early. I recommend it for a short stay.

The location was good, close to the center, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed; hot water worked even though I arrived quite late. Parking was on the street, and since the hotel had only one car, that wasn’t an issue. For the price paid, the accommodation is very good. The room I stayed in needed renovation; the wallpaper was patchy, peeling, or bubbled in places.

The location is great and the price is reasonable, but I booked a room with a balcony and didn't get one, no discount was offered, I couldn't pay with a card, and there were no towels.

The central location was fine, but at check‑in nobody was present to accept payment, we only learned later that the key was already in place; despite repeated attempts, no one came to let us pay, which was especially awkward since we had to leave by 2:00 am to catch the flight; the air‑conditioning barely worked, there was no toilet paper (we had to bring our own), and around 1:00 am someone knocked on the door and only accepted payment by card after I explained I only had a single 100€ note (Euro, Dollar or Lari were all supposedly accepted); sleeping was impossible, so overall not recommended.

They never let me check in, saying there were no free rooms and could do nothing, so look elsewhere for accommodation.
