The front‑desk staff were polite, but the place smelled moldy, was full of spiders and insects on the walls, the air‑conditioner had a strong odor, the door was dirty with dead bugs, the stairs were filthy and trash had a nasty smell. I intended to stay 11 days, checked in, saw the room’s condition, asked for a change, but the new room was still in terrible shape, so I had to cancel and find another place nearby.

The service was very good, the pool was nice, breakfast was lovely. The room leaked water onto the floor.

Location. It had cockroaches, was very humid (almost a sauna), and the extra services were damaged, like the dryer.

“Very Very Bad!!!!!! Stay away”

The front‑desk girl was friendly. There were mosquitoes and flies in the room, hot water took 10 minutes to start, the room was dirty, there was no closet for clothes, no curtain or door for the shower so the floor stayed wet, the facilities were very old and poorly maintained, there was a lot of noise from other guests who seemed to live there, the corridors outside were dirty, the outside trash cans hadn’t been emptied for days. I checked out after one night even though my reservation was for 5 nights; the front desk didn’t care, they sent me to complain and get a refund. I booked through Booking, but the motel staff should have cared about this.
