The room we booked was large and spacious. Unfortunately, it was very dirty: spiders and webs seemed to have been there for a while, hair curled on the faucet knobs and razors in the bathroom, plus what looks like a shoe print on the wall about 2 m up, indicating that the cleaning is probably lacking.

Nothing. I avoid harsh comments because I don’t like offending. Everything else—this apartment is an insult to hospitality, old, dirty, spiders everywhere, a smell of old mattresses more than old… I’m just going to stop.

The location. The room was old and dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the linens were dirty.

The place: a nice natural view of the Langhe. An old building partially renovated, pleasant. Friendly people and not intrusive. The kitchen and bathroom cleanliness were not the best and there were missing dishes, pots and tools to cook. Probably whoever takes it generally doesn’t use them. But in that place with those rooms and that furniture you could earn very high scores.
