It was the only hotel in town, and the desk clerk was chatty and helpful. The bed was uncomfortable, rooms smelled musty and were not very clean, and the hallway carpet definitely needed cleaning.

The cable package worked well, but the bathroom soap was an issue, the pillows were poor, and my room had no Wi‑Fi because the signal could only reach the door, not the desk or bed; the bathroom was decent but not great.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the other guests were great, breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was good; overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
