Alessandro and Francesca are great , always respond super fast. They keep my luggage until my train leave , they were super supportive and attentive. Make our stay SUPER EASY GOING and help in everything ! Best experience !!! The location couldn’t be better !!! It has stairs ( a lot ) but ey ! It is vernazza , everything has stairs ;) it is 100% worthy . We loooooved it! Thanks Alessandro & Francesca. We will be back. The stairs ;)

The location sits right in the village’s heart, yet the room itself stays very quiet.

Room is clean and quiet even though it’s in a central spot, making it easy to reach all services. The staff are very helpful and kind. For me everything was perfect; I only advise those who struggle with stairs to avoid it, as it’s on the third floor without an elevator.
